What do I need to do to open a new water account?
You will need to bring the following to open a new water account:
- A copy of your lease.
- Drivers License or Social Security Card
- $100.00 deposit
Why is my water bill so high?
You are charged for water that flows through your water meter. If your bill has become high recently, it is possible that you have a leak that could be from:
- A running toilet (toilet that is refilling without being flushed)
- A leaking faucet
- A busted pipe
- ETC
It is recommended that you check these items and if one is found to be leaking or running, until the issue is corrected your bill will be higher than normal.
