What is a roll cart penalty?
If your roll cart is not rolled back off the roadway after trash collection by noon the day after it is collected your account will be charged a $5.00 roll cart penalty of $5.00 per occurrence. The purpose of this is to keep the city looking beautiful and to keep your roll cart from getting in the roadway causing a traffic hazard.
